Welcome

For those of you that don't know our story, its actually kind of funny! About four years ago some friends of mine were going to set me up on a "group blind date" with my soon to be brother in law. But, lucky me (sorry Seth!!!) he no showed and Andrew was there instead. From there it was a whirlwind romance and about a year later we moved in together. Ever since then it has been one adventure after another from our Keys trips to Miami Heat games to weekend getaways in Jamaica. Andrew has taught me so much in last few years about fishing and diving, I am actually getting so good too that the student might just become the teacher ;) I have taught Andrew the patience required to live with a woman and how to recycle (you laugh but that was not the easiest task!!). We have had all sorts of ups and downs through the years but we learned how to use those to help us grow both as a couple and individually. Now we cannot wait to see what the future holds for us and our hopefully growing family!!!

Everyone knows I have been after Andrew for a least a year now to marry me.....poor kid but what can I say this girl knew what she wanted! But it was worth the wait!!! Those of you that know Andrew know he is not really one for surprises but boy did he pull out all the stops for this. We had an up coming trip planned to the Keys and I was convinced that was when he was going to do it, but the weekend before we left we decided to go out diving (also another thing I have been on him about teaching me). Well little did I know it was going to be a day of all kinds of firsts for me. The seas were a bit rough that day so true to my nature I may have been getting sick over the edge of the boat, but I was a trooper. The boys finally took pity on me and brought me into shallower waters and suggested I try out tank diving....finally!!! After a bit of trial and error I finally made it down, we were diving on a secret little spot of ours we call the "lobster hole". It was amazing and I was trying to check everything out but Andrew had other plans. He practically dragged me over to show me something (of course I had NO idea what he was pointing at, I was looking for fish or lobster or something) and after a minute of pointing he basically placed my hand on something....A little treasure chest! It took a moment for me to wrap my head around it but when he got down on one knee (underwater!) I knew...OH MY GOD ITS HAPPENING :) I said yes well screamed yes but with the dive equipement and being underwater it mostly  just came out as a bunch of bubbles. Once we got back into the boat and all our gear off I definitely got sick over the side of the boat again....this girl knows just how to say "I love you" (so romantic haha). We headed in after that to celebrate with some bubbly and a super yummy dinner!

The big day is set....We will become Mr. and Mrs. Haller on Friday May 22, 2015! It is going to be wonderful, as you all know we are pretty laid back beachy people so our wedding is going to be just that. The ceremony itself will be right in Port Salerno on the water at the beautiful Sandsprit park and the reception is going to be a killer party just up the road at the Port Salerno Civic Center. We still have lots and lots of planning to do but we will keep you all posted on here as we get things booked and any important information that you all may need.

Port Salerno is the most charming little fishing village nestled between Stuart and Jupiter. It has also become our home as we just recently bought a house there!!! The ceremony itself will be set in the afternoon, 4pm to be exact, at Sandsprit park in a haven of banyan trees and intercostal waterways!!! Of course this will all be weather permitting. If mother natures turns on us the ceremony will be held right at the reception location, The Port Salerno Civic Center, on the covered patio!

Here are some of the hotels and whatnot that are close to the wedding. We will try to list them in order of distance (please do not be surpirsed by the crazy discrepancy in the prices) Also we did not go through and "block out" rooms at any one hotel because honesty we had no idea how many people would be traveling and needing a place to stay. If there is an over whelming amount of people needing rooms we will make some calls and see if we cannot get a "group rate"!
